Pinwheel Translations is collecting information about website visitors to improve the website and its content, to gather user feedback, to send periodic marketing communications and to provide services. Pinwheel Translations does not sell this information to any third parties.

If you are signing up for a Pinwheel Translations newsletter, you will be sent notifications about new blog posts or exclusive email content on the topic stated in the sign-up form. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

If you are filling out a form to request a consultation, Pinwheel Translations will request your contact information (email address, name) to be able to get in touch with you. Pinwheel Translations might also request additional information about the nature of the call to be able to prepare for the meeting.
· Pinwheel Translations uses Calendly (Calendly Privacy Policy available here) or email communications to schedule meetings and uses information provided only for this purpose.
If you are purchasing services via Pinwheel Translations website, Pinwheel Translations will request additional information via an online form (i.e. Project Brief) to be able to provide the requested service, as well as contact information (name, email address), and payment information. This information is necessary for Pinwheel Translations to provide the services.
· Pinwheel Translations uses Dubsado (customer relationship management tool). Dubsado Privacy Policy, including information on GDPR compliance, is available here.
· Pinwheel Translations uses Stripe (Privacy Policy available here and information on GDPR compliance is available here) and PayPal (Privacy Policy available here) to process payments.
